Mr. McCarver practices in both trial and appellate cases in general civil law such as personal injury, worker's compensation, social security disability, family law of all types including adoptions, dissolution of marriage, legal separation, child support, maintenance, property division, custody matters in divorces, modifications and paternity cases, child support enforcement matters, estate planning including wills, trusts, durable general or limited powers of attorney, guardianships, conservatorships, estates (both decedents and incapacitated persons), change of name, adoptions (both contested and by consent), bankruptcy, contracts, landlord - tenant cases, business organizations including corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, and other legal matters.
